    Q- What is the Novice Youth Competition Schedule?

    A- All Novice Youth have the option to wrestle Sunday’s in the OYWA where they will be paired up with other Novice wrestlers.  There are also open tournament options available. 


    Q- What is the Advanced Youth Schedule?

    A- The "starters" for Advanced Youth will have the opportinity to compete in the OYWA against other teams in duals. We also have team duals and tournaments through out the year.


    Q- What happens if you’re not a starter at Advanced Youth level? 

    A- If not in the starting line-up, the Advanced Youth will still have the opportinity to compete in the OYWA.  The OYWA pairs up matches for non-starters during the duals on Sunday’s. Will also have tournaments we can enter multiple kids at the same weight.


    Q- What is the OYWA?

    A- The youth league we’re in. Varsity usually starts at 9. Will have 2/3 duals. All-Star “Novice” will be held around 12 and will have 2/3 matches. OYWA is held at North Olmsted High School on Sunday’s. They also have a league state tournament at the end of the year for the Varsity “starters” 


    Q- How many days is Strength & Conditioning?

    A- The Middle School Club (and any interested Advanced Youth) will do strength and conditioning on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from 6:00-7:00pm in the High School weight room. 


    Q- What if an Advanced Youth wrestler wants extra training? 

    A- Advanced youth practices Monday (7:00-8:30pm), Wednesday (6:00-7:30pm) and Thursday (7:00-8:30pm)...


    If someone in Advanced Youth wants extra training, they will follow the Middle School Club practice Monday (6:00-8:30pm), Tuesday (6:00-8:30pm), Wednesday (6:00-7:30pm) and Thursday (6:00-8:30pm) and pay the Middle School Club pay structure.


    NOTE: 6:00-7:00pm on Mon / Tues / Thurs is strenth training. 


    Q- What is the Middle School Club Competition Schedule?

    A- We will focus on individual tournaments this season.


    Q- When will the Official Schedule be out?

    A- During the parent meeting the first week of practice.
